🏐 Big City Volleyball Beginner Skills Class (4 Weeks)

We’re excited to bring our 4-week Beginner Skills Class for players 18+ who are new to volleyball or looking to build a strong foundation.

This class focuses on learning the game the right way while having fun, meeting people, and building confidence on the court. Each week targets key skills through a mix of cooperative and competitive drills so you can learn, play, and grow together.

📅 Class Schedule

Week 1 – Defense
• Base Defense
• Perimeter Defense
• Butterfly Drill

Week 2 – Attacking & Blocking
• Spike Approach
• Blocking Footwork
• Cross Court Pepper

Week 3 – Rotations & Transition
• Overview of 5-1 & 6-2 Rotations
• Transition / Out-of-System Hitting
• USA Drill

Week 4 – Review & Scrimmage
• Review of Skills
• Warmup
• Scrimmage

Day & Time: Friday's, 7:30–9:30 PM

• Wear athletic clothing & court shoes (sneakers with ankle support recommended)
• Bring a water bottle
• No locker rooms (bathrooms available)
• Come ready to learn and have fun!
