How to ban members from your group and events

Group admins can choose to ban group members so that the specific users no longer have access to the group's events. Banning a member is permanent - users will not be able to re-join the group or be invited to future group events. Only group admins can ban members. Read more about admin roles here.

How to ban a group member

  1. Navigate to the group Dashboard from the group home page.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click on Members.
  3. Make sure you are on the Current tab to see all current, active group members.
  4. Find the member you want to ban in the list or through the search field.
  5. Click on the three-dot menu on the right side of the member's row.
  6. Click on Ban Member.
  7. To view a list of banned members, click on the Banned tab on the members page.

Banned players will not receive a notification that they were removed. When a banned player tries to register for a group event, they will receive an error message. To re-add a banned member to your group, please contact
