September 12, 2024We’ve launched a new support system to help you handle player questions more effectively. Once enabled, players can create support cases from your group page or from their league or tournament dashboard, which can then be assigned to and managed by support agents.
Admins have a new interface on both web and app, providing an all-in-one view of player information, recent cases, and support case management. Agents are auto-assigned when they respond or can assign cases manually.
