How to view league & tournament registrations and send refunds(web & app guide)

Notifications

• You will receive a notification any time someone new registers (pays) for your league, including free agents.

On the Web

• From the Players section of the league menu, click on the ellipsis next to the players name.
• Click on Player Details
• Now you’ll see the Player Details page which will show registration details (including their answers to custom questions) and transaction details
• From here, you can send a refund by taping on the Refund button to send a full or partial refund (only group admins can send refunds)

On the App

• From the league/tournament dashboard, tap on View Players
• Tap on the players’ name
• Now you’ll see the Player Details page which will show registration details and transaction details
• From here, you can send a refund by taping on the Refund button to send a full or partial refund (only group admins can send refunds)
