How do I give and receive reviews/ratings?

After an event, players have the option of rating the event organizer. Every rating you receive across all of the events you organize is aggregated to provide an average rating. Feedback and reviews in the app are important in order to provide players with reliability of organizers. Ratings cannot be hidden or turned off.

Event Specific Reviews

After an event, players are prompted to leave you a review (if it’s the first event of yours that they have ever attended). Players can just leave star reviews (from one to five stars) or they can leave an accompanying written review as well.

You will be able to view those reviews on your event’s page (See below) or by going to your Player Profile and clicking on the Reviews section. Organizers are not notified whenever they receive a new review.

Web Display of Reviews

On your group’s webpage, ratings for events within your group are displayed. This means that if you have 10 co-organizers who all create events within your group, every rating from those events will appear in the Reviews section (see image below). These reviews are displayed in the order of the most recent.
