With OpenSports (web and app), you can create an attendees cap to control numbers, view your attendees, and check in players at the event! Checking in players electronically will allow you to know exactly who was in your facility/at your game, if anything should happen and you need to contact all players that were at that event.
Note: Only Group Admins, Event Admins and Event Managers for a Group, can check-in attendees for events within the group.
OpenSports has a very useful reporting system/portal to view useful info about past events, who registered for those events, and who was checked in to those events. You can also view how many games a player has attended, and how many times they have cancelled their RSVP or not shown up. Group Admins can check see this information under their Reports tab (available via web view only).
