What will you learn?
Technique:
We start with the correct basic technique to have the grounding to move forwards in your game.
We teach you how to play with topspin and slice and how to play the dink.
Tactical:
We explain the nuances of Pickleball and which of these learned shots to play and when to play them.
We explain the drive and dink shots and the importance of both.
Positioning yourself:
Where should I stand in certain pickleball point scenarios?
Where you position yourself on the court for these different scenarios is at a high level of importance to your success.
We use teaching moments within point play to gain awareness, maximise your results and improve your game to the next level.
Note: Gaining awareness around where to position yourself can improve your game to a new level without even any skill improvement. This is how important positioning is.
Serve:
Learn the importance of having a great serve.
We work on this to lift your game to the next level.
Parking:
Option 1: (Best when no heavy rain has been around to flood the bridge of the small creek) Flinders Early Learning Centre Ballinger Road. Park South end of this car park and walk through the forest to the courts.
Option 2: MFAC Main Entry which is entered directly via the ''Roundabout'' on Stringybark Road at Gleneagle Court (Use the entry at the Roundabout, not the primary school entrance). Park your car. Walk directly down the undercover raceway from the carpark to the main admin office, turn right and walk 100 metres down until you see the main oval on your left. Hit the oval pathway and turn right. 50 metres and you're there.
